Special activity at PEPS - Thursday May 23 13h45-16h00

Students should wear running shoes and comfortable clothing appropriate for the activity. They are also encouraged to bring a lock so that they can safely store their belongings in the changeroom lockers. Showers are available, but students must supply their own towels and toiletries.

Activities

Acrogym:

Acrobatics consists of performing a sequence of collective figures, human pyramids, which can be static or dynamic. This sequence forms a choreography on music. Gymnastics and dance are often used as a transition from one pyramid to another. Different roles are assigned to each of the participants, i.e., carrier, flipper and spotter.

Rock Climbing:

The PEPS offers several 10-meter-high artificial climbing structures.  Very popular with young people, climbing is considered an extreme activity, yet it is one of the safest!

Roller Hockey:

Everyone knows how to play hockey but in this activity, everyone is on the same level. Imagine sitting on small skateboards and using small sticks with a small ball... without being allowed to put your hands on the ground. It's quite a show!

Jorkeyball:

A form of soccer that is played from 2 vs 2, to 4 vs 4 on a racquetball or squash court This is a sport of Italian origin that allows kids to have fun with a foam ball. It's impossible not to love it in one of our 8 courts!

Trampoline:

With two Olympic trampolines, it gets even better. The environment is well padded and the supervision is tight. This equipment literally attracts kids like honey does flies. They are introduced to the dangers of this activity. Everybody must wait their turn, so waiting times can be long!
